Our philosophy is to take care of our owners. It’s as simple as that. We do this through a number of ways:

Health Benefits.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all of our employee-owners that includes medical, dental, long and short term disability coverage and all at a very low cost to our owners. In fact, we’ve gone over 10 years with no major price increase to our owners!

 Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).

Every employee from the custodial staff to the CEO of SRC is an owner and is provided stock into the company on an annual basis at a percentage of their annual income. This program is what makes us owners.


In addition to the ESOP, we offer a 401(k) plan for our employees in which we match dollar for dollar up to 5% of the employee-owners annual income.

On-Site Fitness Center.

Our commitment to taking care of our owners doesn’t stop at the pocketbook. We believe in helping our owners to build a healthy life—financial and physical. We offer access to an on-site fitness center to our Springfield employee-owners complete with free weights, elliptical and treadmill machines.

Advancement and Growth Opportunities.

All of our employee-owners are offered ways to grow from professional to educational growth. SRC Automotive®, Inc. offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program to all of our employee-owners who want to progress in their educational pursuits from Associates to Doctorate degrees and Professional Certification Programs. At SRC, we also believe in growing our owners. We strive to promote from within and pride ourselves on the opportunities, and successes, we’ve created for our owners.

Holiday and Vacation Schedules.

We understand everyone deserves to spend time with their friends and family. We offer all of our employee-owners paid vacation as well as many paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
